With almost 10 years of experience across both public and private settings, I support clients through a wide range of challenges, from everyday stress to mental health concerns and personal growth.
I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can speak openly. Valuing each client’s individuality, I take a person-centred approach, working alongside you to explore the roots of your challenges, develop practical coping strategies, and support you in building resilience and hope.
I draw on various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy. Through the counselling process, I support clients to build self-awareness, recognise patterns and triggers, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel challenging. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or facing struggles in your relationships, please know that a confidential, compassionate space is here for you.
